  Food was average.. Service was horrible We went to wild wings on canada day long weekend. The place was busy because of the long weekend, but we got a table after 10mins wait. Then the chaos started. Not one showed up at our table for the next 20 mins. I had to go back to the hostess and remind her to send someone to take our order. Finally a guy came up and apologized saying he just was told to take our order. We ordered 2 different types of wings, dry Cajun and dry salt and pepper, the food didn't show up for the next 20 mins. At this point we were pissed and very hungry. My wife told the server if they won't bring the food in next 5 minutes, they can cancel our order. The food showed up finally with average quality. I do understand the place seemed busy but trust me only 70% of the tables were occupied (mostly on patio). I expect better service from a wild wing restaurant.

  One of the most terrible restaurant experiences of my life! Initially we sat down and nobody acknowledged us, other groups came after us and were taken care before us. (We were just two people). Finally we placed our order, about 50-60 min after we noticed that people who came after us were getting their food and already ordering the cheque. Our food was no where in sight. Finally asked the server and she had forgotten that we had actually ordered, and then she said that our order had not gone through on their system. She explained to us that this location has a problem in that orders that were punched into the system were not being relayed to the kitchen (although we were the only ones who were not getting served on this day) If you know that your system is not working, you should go and double check with the kitchen to make sure that every order is being fully processed. We were told that our whole order would be compensated, but nothing happened. Not once did anyone come to check up on us or refilled our drinks. Although when the wings came, they were actually really good (or maybe we were just so hungry after waiting 80 minutes for wings).

  I usually don't write bad reviews, but.... Ordered a take out double special (2 orders of wings, fries, carrot & celery & dip). Was supposed to feed 2-3 people we were told. Total was $31. Wow, disappointing is an understatement. The order was so small we actually laughed. There are a tiny portion of fries (think a small McDonald's fries portion), and literally 2 small celeries and 2 small carrots sticks. What a rip off!!

  Wings Lacked flavour, they scrimped on the veggies. They only give one carrot and one celery per single order. The only thing good about it was at least the staff were friendly.
