- ★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆The food here is inexpensive - the taste and the presentation of the food are mediocre, at best. The service is subpa, lacking. The manager, Rosemary, was quite rude. After I waited 20 minutes for service at the bar, she indicated that I needed to hurry up with my order so she could get back to her meetingBy Arthur Leggett, June 22, 2017

- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆For a guy who runs master chef maybe he should taste the food served at his restaurant. Wife and I ordered the pork babyback ribs. Serving was big but the membrane was left on the backside of the ribs and the sauce on it was to salty. We couldn't eat it. $143.00 for dinner and we wished we went to McDonald's instead and we hate McDonald'sBy Tony Facchini, December 29, 2016
- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I have never written a review before but feel compelled to share what a complete and utter disappointment this restaurant was. After making reservations for what promised to be a nice meal out, I can say with confidence we will never go back. I ordered the albacore tuna prepared blue-rare with a medley of vegetables and my husband ordered the salmon over what was described as a hearty white bean stew. After a 30 minute wait for our entrees, the first bite of my strangely pale looking tuna was unfortunately not only under seasoned and bland, but rather had a pungent fish taste. It tasted like bad fish smells. The salmon was cooked fine but completely lacked flavour and was topping a mix of bland vegetables. After sending my tuna back and ordering the Mac and cheese, we were equally disappointed when a small casserole dish containing noodles, chicken, peas and topped with what looked like milk. The 'cheese' in this dish was non existent and we had to ask for spoons to even sample the runny white liquid the ingredients were floating in. I suppose we foolishly assumed that O&B would maintain brand standards across locations but clearly that is not the case. On the upside, the Coca Cola was just as it should be.By Denise Gagnon, October 22, 2016
