If you're near Thornbury, you definitely should add this to your trip. Sit at the bar, order a cheese tasting platter and enjoy. The staff are so friendly and knowledgable. If you're a fan of hot chocolate - order one here.

You can't go wrong with a shop all about cheese - now take it up a notch. Stop in and stay a while on your travels through The Blue Mountains. Casey & staff won't disappoint.
